Woven Silverplated Wine Pouring Basket by Israel Freeman and Son

Description

This basket is gorgeous and will polish up beautifully. It will surely give a touch of elegance to any table it graces. It is 10" long on the top and 3 1/2" wide.  Israel Freeman and Son started in England at the beginning of the 20th century and moved to New York City in the 1920s.
Please note:
I offer a rather eclectic mix of goods. Many, if not most, of my offerings are vintage finds so please do not expect the items to be perfect.... although that does occasionally happen!  Most items are decades old and have actually been used (gasp!) but that is considered to be much of the charm of vintage goods. I will state if they look to be in unused condition. I collect objects that I like or find interesting or funky or, for whatever reason, simply irresistible. I offer these items for sale with the hope that they will bring you  enjoyment.
I will describe each item to the best of my ability and photograph to include any flaws I find. Photos are part of the item description and it is your responsibility to view them so that you know what you are purchasing. I may overlook some flaws, it will not be intentional, I am not an expert. I will answer any questions that you may have to the best of my ability.

Exception to Return Policy:
If I have inadvertently described an item inaccurately, I will accept a return within 14 days of receipt. Buyer must contact me immediately to let me know there is a problem.
If I decide to make an exception to my no return policy to accommodate a buyer for any other reason the buyer will pay shipping.
