Vintage Victorian Brides Basket
with Silverplate Frame &
Cranberry  Ruby Opalescent Coin Dot Bowl
Frame Measures:
13 1/2" tall, 9 1/2" across the wides point.  Where the bowl sits is 4 1/4" round. All pieces on the frame are intact and I see no repairs.  There is a dent or rather a cut in the side of the frame where the bowl sits.  I've included an image.  It is not large measuring 1/8".
The Frame is marked Barbour Bros Silver Co Quadruple Plate.
The Bowl Measures:
Measures: 9 1/4" wide and 3 1/4" deep.
Cranberry Ruby Opalescent Coin Dot Ruffled Bowl.
The bowl has a bubble that has burst on the inside on the bottom;  very small 1/8".  It also has a crack in the edge of the  ruffle 1/2" long.  I also found a sliver of glass missing in the folds of the ruffles, must of happened when the glass blower made it.  How else would it get there?  See images.
