    Description

    A small floral repousse basket by one of the best silver plate companies in America. I love the handle finial that looks like a twined rope.
    A heavy silver plated metal dish with crimped edge. The body has a repousse design of a myriad of flowers. The professional work on the piece is evident. The line quality on the flowers is exact. The basket has a thin handle with a rope twined finial. The handle will still stand upright. The base is flat.
    There is a central etched mark on the base. It reads, DERBY SILVER CO. QUADRUPLEPLATE 1129.
    MEASUREMENTS
    5”(12.7 cm) wide at the handle. The body is 4 ¾” (12.1 cm) diameter x 2” (5.1 cm) tall. 5” tall (12.7 cm) with the handle extended. Weighs 9.0 oz (250 g)
