Victorian Aesthetic Birds Cattail Scene Silver Plate Handled Basket

Hallmarked:   985  66  (possibly 2 teeny touch marks are also there?)
Beautiful late 19th century silver plate piece: the Aesthetic engraved scene is on both sides and is pretty near identical with a swallow, bluebird or other type of small bird flying above a marsh scene with cattails, reed grass and lily pads.  I have given it a quick outer polish: just to show the scene and reveal any surface wear etc.  It could be further polished or left with some of the remaining patina as it sits.  There is heavier patina to the inside of the basket.  The marks are only numbered: this (to me) looks to be a quadruple plate or perhaps triple plate but oddly there is no manufacturer's marks to it.  There are 2 small spots of red to one side: what looks like to be paint transfer or something?  (see 10th photo)  I have not tried to remove it as I have no idea what it could be and don't want to ruin the plate there.  Not too noticeable, and when it was black with patina, it definitely wasn't visible.  There are a few very small impact rough spots to the edge, felt more than seen.  (mentioned for complete accuracy)  Overall, condition is excellent for the age: this piece would date to the 3rd quarter of the 19th based on style and motif.
Noteworthy asides:
All items are shipped via Canada Post at the rate and method chosen at checkout.  The cheaper Economy rate does NOT include tracking, but has always been very reliable in my experience.  All shipping is done Monday to Friday, excluding stat holidays and days in lieu of.  (Per Canada Post operations)  Overseas packages reliably reach destination, but CAN take 3-6 weeks, depending on your country and customs practices.
Lastly: I do not inflate shipping charges or charge hidden handling fees.  Unfortunately shipping just keeps going up and up!
