Silverplate Ruffle Edged Woven Basket Bowl

Description

This is a woven basket/bowl with a ruffle edge. The basket has no markings, but I think it is silverplate based on the peacock tarnish. Basket is in original, tarnished condition. Base is not totally flat when it sits on a flat surface because of the round wire that the base is woven out of.
