This is a fabulous Victorian brides basket!!!! This WONDERFUL RARE and HARD TO FIND Antique Victorian Horse and Apple Victorian Brides Basket was made by the Acme Silver Company. around 1890. The outstanding RARE Scalloped Rainbow Glass Hand Enameled Bowl is OUTSTANDING. Rainbow Glass is a RARE FIND and a favorite of collectors. The marked quadruple plated basket is whimsical and quite unique. With the bowl in place it stands approximately 10" tall and 9 1/4" wide. The stand features two horse heads (front and back) and apples with leaves on each side of the basket. The bowl fits well in the frame. Great Condition - No Chips, Cracks Or Repairs. The quality and condition is excellent, and makes a wonderful presentation. This appears to have been someone's prized possession and extremely well taken care of!
