    Description

    I believe this is an 1890s Victorian Meriden Britannia Co. Silver Plate Tray. Made in Meriden, CT.
    I don’t know much about these, but they seem to be pretty desirable, despite just being silver plate. Apparently from the late 1800’s, this piece was heavily tarnished, but shined up quite easily. There are a few small pitting spots in the base of the tray, none major, but they are there and I wanted to be sure they were pointed out, you can see them in the photos.
    About 12” long by 6.5” wide and about 2.25” tall
