Very cool Victorian Brides cake basket. #821 Homan Silver Plate Company Cincinnati, Ohio. This trademark dates from 1896-1904.
There was a name change to Homan Manufacturing Co. in 1915, thus this predates the name change and tha company went out of
business in 1941.    Pattern of scrollwork and Ivy leaves.
10 1/2" x 7 3/4" x 3" tall, 8 1/4" tall to top of handle. Tarnished with wear and scratches, but no repairs or corrosion/pitting.
