    Description

    Estate find! Presented for your consideration wonderful vintage silver plate basket with ruby red glass liner.  It is very ornate in the Victorian style with all the scrolls and fans and fancy feet and handle.  I found no manufactures hall mark. The red glass insert has a curved bottom.
    The basket measures 9-1/2" tall and the base is5" in diameter and 5-1/2" from foot to foot.
    Excellent condition.  Nice and sturdy.  The glass has no major chips but there are nibbles on the inside rim in places, does not detract. see images.  The white spots you see in the bottom are air bubbles in the glass.  The basket is in excellent condition, expect tarnish.
