It has a emboss design of fruits in the center of the basket, and around the rim of the basket features Victorian elements and spirited art nouveau style. The hande is a twisted design. It sits on a pedestal. The bottom of the base is marked James W. Tufts Boston warranted quadruple plate #2767.
Measurements: 9" tall with handle, 3 1/2" tall and 8 1/8' in diameters.
This is a an vintage used item, It has wear to the silver plate, it is dented underneath the basket and makes the basket sit unbalanced, there are surface scratches and scuffs, and wear to the base.  It is being sold as a piece to be restored back to it original beauty.
