    Description

Maker/Designer: from the marks I think it's HW Ltd. Sheffield England
Size: 5.25" high by 5" wide by 3.5" deep
Sweet little crimped edge basket with rounded bottom sitting on 4 claw and ball feet.  Simple two piece handle with  a strand wrapping them together mimicking a vine with each end spouting a three dimensional Morning Glory flower blossom in great detail.
By the style this is either late Victorian or Edwardian - probably a transitional piece.  This could have been a berry basket since it looks like the interior may have been gilded at one time or it could have been a sauce/jelly.  Today it would be great for mints, candies or nuts.

    I ACCEPT RETURNS
    - just not through EBay's system.  My policy is as follows:
All returns must be approved up front so that I am aware of the return and to be looking for them.  Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the online delivery date supplied by tracking, 15th day and later means no refund will be offered. Return refunds are processed within 24-48 hours of receipt of the return (sometimes sooner), unless I am not at home and then it will be given top priority upon my return.  A return refund will not be granted for sizing or fit if the measurements are listed in the listing (if a measurement is not there and you don't ask for it first still no return) - the measurements are there for a reason, to let you know if an item will fit.  Ignore them at your own risk.  An example would be if I list a shirt as long sleeve and have the sleeve measurement listed at 20 inches and you want to return because the sleeves are too short, your return will be denied since the sleeve measurement was given to you prior to purchase.
This is not to say I want accept any returns, but only returns with valid problems.  An example would be if I entered a measurement wrong, a size, there is a major flaw (a loose button doesn't count as a flaw unless on a new items).  If a flaw is mentioned anywhere in the listing it will negate using that as a reason for a return since it was a pre-disclosed flaw.
If you have any questions regarding a return - please contact me prior to purchase and I will answer and define the return for that particular item prior to purchase in writing so you know you are protected.  Buyer pays return postage unless it was a major flaw or error on my part, but if it's a loose button, a thing you could take care of yourself, then you are responsible for return shipping.  Remember pre-owned clothes are not new clothes and come without a warranty beyond the 14 days of the return policy.
