Antique Silverplate & Blue Opaline Glass Handled Candy Dish

Description

Antique silverplate and blue opaline glass footed candy dish/bowl with swinging handle, probably French, in very good condition. It measures 4 5/8" wide x 3 3/8" high not including the handle. No chips or cracks, great for use or display. Marked on the underside with the mark WMF.B, which means silverplate over brass. I have not tried to polish the metal but it will clean up nicely if you so desire. There are a couple of brown spots on the interior that should buff out with a bit of scrubbing. Enjoy!
