This auction is for one of several really amazing antique, Victorian bride's baskets that I have listed this week from the same local estate. The basket has a silver plated base that is more of a pedestal than a basket, and it has a really great griffon and cherub design. The bottom is marked Reed & Barton and the pedestal comes with a burmese style glass bowl. The bowl measures about 11.75" wide and the basket is 6" tall.
