This is an elegant Victorian BRIDE'S BASKET or Berry Bowl presented on a footed Quadruple Silver Plate frame made by the WILCOX Silverplate Co. of Meriden, Connecticut.
The bowl is RUBINA art glass - Cranberry at the top, clear at the bottom - in a quilted diamond pattern - hand painted with colorful raised enamel flowers & leaves.
The open work footed frame has a double loop handle with 'Goat Heads' on either side and an embossed ribbed pattern around the base.
