MERIDEN SILVER PLATE CO - Meriden, CT
Organized in 1869 by Charles Casper and others, was one of the original companies becoming part of International Silver Company in 1898
Quadruple Silver Plated- it's four time silver covered basket, it's silver covered silverware for generation.
No chips, cracks, there are some indentations, dent on the back side but they do not look like a damage. The handle of this piece was lost and at this place the repair is noted.
