Antique Georgian George III Old Sheffield Plate Large Silver Handled Basket. Shipped with Canada Post Regular Parcel.
A fantastic 18th century English old Sheffield Plate handled basket in a neoclassical boat form. Pierced decoration with bright cut engraving. On a pierced oval foot.
In very good condition for its age. There is an old reinforcing repair to the underside. Slight marks to bottom of interior. No major dings and not misshapen in any way. Minimal bleeding of copper.
This is a large attractive well made quality piece of silver. A great item. Approx 14.75” in length.
