8" Silver Plated Flower Basket by Godinger

An absolutely beautiful piece of mid century silver plate. Strong construction and fine detail. Grape vine and leaf motif with a handle that swivels left to right, 8 inch basket also 8" inches tall with handle. Made by Godinger. Has been gently polished and is one of the best I've seen with gentle patina in the crevices and lines in the leaves. One small spot on the base is where a sticker was (likely silver plate sticker) from when the item was new, has been removed and is just lighter than the rest. Smaller than a dime, see photos. This basket really needs to be in your home, in the foyer with vibrant flowers in it showing off the true beauty of nature. Flowers and silver, what could be better?
